Yeh khulay khulay se gaisu inhein laakh tu sanwaray

Mery haath se sanwartay to kuch aur baat hoti

Teray kehnay pe lagai hai yeh mehndi main ne

Eid par ab na tu aaya to qayamat ho gi

Warq warq pe teri ibaarat tera fasana teri hikayat

Kitab-e-hasti jahan se kholi teri hi yaadon ka baab nikla

Ae kaash agar tum aa jaatay , umeed ki kaliyan khil jaatein

Hum pyar kay jashan mana letay , barsaat ki bheegi raaton main

Wafa apni bhi bhout asar rakhti hai Faraz

Bhout yaad aayein gay bhool kar to dekho

Bari pathar dil thi woh titli numa larki

Kal jis phool pe bethi aaj murjhaya hua hai
